Syrian Vice-President Abdul Halim Khaddam received in the capital of Damascus Sunday the Chinese Special Envoy for Middle East affairs, Wang Chi Ji and an accompanying delegation.
In the course of the meeting, talks focused on the situation in the region and the Israeli aggressive policy, which “blocked the peace process” as well as the danger of threats facing Iraq regarding regional stability and security, SANA reported.
