Shaikha Fatima bint Mubarak, the UAE President's wife and Chairperson of the UAE Women's Federation and the honorary president of the UAE Red Crescent Society, donated Sunday Dh2 million in support of the Palestinian people, who are undergoing grave conditions in the Palestinian territories invaded by Israeli armed forces.
The UAE’s First Lady instructed the Red Crescent Society (RCS) to immediately provide relief supplies to various Palestinian towns and to supply hospitals and medical centers with ambulances, medicines and other relief items to wounded Palestinians.
Sana'aa Darwish Al Kutabi, Secretary-General of the Red Crescent Society, said that in line with Shaikha Fatima's instructions, the society was taking immediate steps to send humanitarian assistance to the Palestinian people. (Albawaba.com)
