UAE's President Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan conferred Monday the independence order of first class on the GCC Secretary General, Jamil Al Hujailan, in recognition of his efforts in consolidating the council's progress. Sheikh Zayed received Al Hujailan who came to bid farewell on the occasion of the expiry of his term in office on 1st April.
