United States Vice President Richard Cheney is scheduled to arrive in Abu Dhabi on Saturday for a short visit, official sources said Friday.
Cheney is due to hold discussions during his visit with UAE President Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
According to Emirates News Agency, the talks will mainly deal with the current situation in the occupied territories as well as the future of the weakened peace process in the Middle East.
In addition, bilateral relations between the UAE and the United States are also expected to be reviewed as well as other current regional matters. (Albawaba.com)
