Melania Trump in Africa for First Solo Trip as 'First Lady'

First lady Melania Trump has touched down in Ghana for her first major solo trip abroad. At the start of her trip Melania has visited a hospital in Ghana's capital, Accra, and as planned she is set to tour 4 African countries.

During the trip, which also takes in Kenya, Malawi and Egypt, the first lady will focus on promoting health and education in these countries. Melania Trump is also aiming to cast a more positive light on her embattled husband's administration and its "America First" agenda.
