The 5th edition of the Salon du Chocolat returns to the heart of Beirut from 8th - 10th November 2018.
Salon du Chocolat is dedicated to those who share a passion for chocolate, bringing together professional chocolate tasters, chocolatier, chocolate enthusiasts, authors and top pastry chefs.
The Salon du Chocolat is an international chocolate festival in Beirut. World renowned chocolatiers and pastry chefs from over 15 countries enchant with their exquisite creations, the friends of the sweet delights of cocoa in the land of the rising sun. Some specialties as works of art made of chocolate are created exclusively for the exhibition and available only here.
Popular features include the chocolate Fashion Show, where well-known Lebanese fashion designers create unique chocolate gowns with the top pastry chefs, the Choco Demo: consisting of live workshops with the country’s top chefs and Salon du Chocolat Junior: offering children the chance to get creative with chocolate. There will also be a Chocolate Sculpture Competition and an Ultimate Cake Challenge.
