After a 10-year-absence, Yugoslav Airlines is inclined to make a comeback into Dubai skies in mid-May 2002.
The airline intends to begin with three weekly Belgrade-Dubai-Belgrade flights a week, operated with Boeing 727 aircraft, with a commitment to raise to four frequencies with bigger-capacity aircraft, if there is justified demand, said Bosko Bojovic, Director of the Holidays Department of Jat.
Bojovic, along with Zoran Hudak, Director Middle East, Gulf and Africa of Jat, were in Dubai this week to have talks with officials of Dubai's Department of Civil Aviation as well as Emirates airline, Khaleej Times reported. (Albawaba.com)
