Yemen’s Prime Minister Abdul-Qader Ba-Jammal received in Sana'a on Monday, Regional Director of the World Bank Dr. Mahamoud Eyob and the Bank's resident representative to Sana'a Robert Handel.
In the course of the meeting, Ba-Jammal evaluated with them the outcome of the donors conference for supporting Yemen, which was held recently in the French capital of Paris.
Dr. Eyob, for his part, confirmed the World Bank’s appreciation for the success achieved by the conference from all sides, noting the good performance of the Yemeni delegation, according to SABA news agency.
In addition, arrangements for the forthcoming visit of the Bank's chairman Wil Wanston to Yemen next February were discussed during the meeting. (Albawaba.com)
