Qatar's Emir, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani, held talks Sunday with Sultan Qaboos on strengthening bilateral talks, reported the Kuwaiti News Agency (KUNA).
The emir arrived Saturday on a two-day official visit, said the agency.
Both leaders also discussed regional issues, mainly the latest developments in the Middle East peace process, said the agency.
The two countries established a joint cooperation committee in 1996 -- Albawaba.com
