Bahrain’s telecommunications company (Batelco) announced on Wednesday the introduction of a new Integrated Service Digital Network (ISDN) link with Qatar, reported the Gulf Daily.
Customers will be able to take advantage of sending and receiving high volumes of assorted data, text, voice and images over the public network at a higher speed with absolute clarity, said the paper.
The International Direct Dial (IDD) charges will be at regular phone tariffs, it added.
Only UAE has a similar link with Bahrain – Albawaba.com
