The second meeting for the experts committee assigned by the GCC ministers of justice to formulate the draft of the unified law of legal proceedings will be held in Riyadh on Monday, according to Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The draft of the unified law will be submitted to the GCC justice ministers at their 13th meeting, due to be held in Bahrain next October, said the agency.
