One US armed services member was killed and three wounded in a road accident in Qatar, the US military said
Sunday.
The accident took place at 5:30 pm (local time) Saturday as the four were returning from Doha to Camp As-Sayliyah, according to a statement from the US military, cited by SPA news agency.
All four were transported from the scene of the accident to Ammad General Hospital in the capital. One service member died from severe head trauma, the statement said.
Following initial treatment, the three other service members were transferred and admitted to military medical facilities at Al Udeid US air base in Qatar. (Albawaba.com)
