Hospitality Development Company (HDC), the hospitality subsidiary of United Development Company (UDC) bringing exclusive, world-class restaurants and boutique hotels to the region from its home at The Pearl-Qatar, has concluded a successful three-day participation in the renowned International Hotel, Restaurant and Food Exhibition in Qatar, DIYAFA 2012. 

With international participation and a visitor profile of trade professionals spanning the globe, HDC enlisted the support of its signature chefs to create an unmatched culinary show and produce savory and sweet delights meant to tantalize the palates of the connoisseur audience of DIYAFA. 

DIYAFA 2012 saw the participation of HDC award-winning restaurant brands: Burj Al-Hamam, Liza, Megu, Al-Tabkha, Tse Yang, Pampano and Alison Nelson’s Chocolate Bar.
