Santa will travel all the way to Mövenpick Resort Petra where guests can enjoy a candlelit Christmas Eve dinner and folklore show, and Mövenpick Resort & Spa Dead Sea will elevate its seaside setting to host an Italian-style Christmas Day lunch.

Mövenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba’s ballroom will be transformed to host a Mermaids & Pirates New Year’s Eve Party and welcome 2020 in splendid vintage style at Najel Restaurant and Fun Bop at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Tala Bay.

The Christmas Eve Dinner and Christmas Day Brunch at Al Saraya Restaurant promise all the classic seasonal favourites, including turkey cuts with all the trimmings, traditional roasts, pies, pastries, fruit pudding and mulled beverages. On Christmas Day, a series of fun activities and a special guest appearance by Santa Claus will add to the fanfare.

Speciality chefs at The Grill Restaurant will create a beautifully crafted and intimate candlelit dinner for Christmas Eve, while an authentic Italian Christmas Day lunch will be served with vibrant flair at Luigi Restaurant as festive tunes add to the ambience. For New Year’s Eve, the Grand Ballroom overlooking the Dead Sea is where a sumptuous gala dinner buffet will complement the live band, belly dancer and DJ, that will help guests dance the night away.

For New Year’s Eve at this famed Red Sea resort, sweet-talking pirates and dazzling mermaids will rule supreme in the Grand Al Murjan Ballroom, which will be transformed into a sophisticated above and beyond underwater world. Tala Bay’s choir will sing a selection of Christmas carols at 6pm on Sunday 22 December to elevate the festive spirit. On the 24th, Najel Restaurant’s Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet will generously dish up tender meat cuts, mince pies and party puddings, while Casalingo’s superb five-course dinner guarantees a grand Italian-style evening.
