IBQ recognised for Best Retail Customer Service in Qatar

International Bank of Qatar, (ibq), has won Banker Middle East’s award, for “Best Retail Customer Service” in Qatar within the Banking Products Awards 2014. The award recognises ibq’s high quality Retail Customer Service which includes the unique loyalty programme thanq that was also voted for as the “Best Customer Loyalty Program in Qatar”. The award is also in recognition of ibq’s retail clients’ loyalty to the brand that delivers the ultimate in retail banking services.
