English midfielder Jude Bellingham has expressed his delight after the incredible start to his career at Real Madrid.
The 20-year-old arrived at the Santiago Bernabeu in the summer from Borussia Dortmund in a €103 million deal.
He went on to become Real Madrid's best player in the first six months of the season with 17 goals and five assists in 21 matches across all competitions.
"Great players, great moments are always associated with great titles. And you want to add to that story," Bellingham said in the documentary 'Real Madrid Universe: United Kingdom'.
"My name with the number and with this training kit and with this shield. I feel very honored. I think that's the biggest word. Privileged. Not many players have the opportunity to play for such a big club.
"You have to be at a certain level in terms of quality and mentality, and being given that responsibility seems like a great privilege to me.
"Every day I come I try to work hard to be the best possible. The goal when you come to Real Madrid is to win all the trophies several times, it is really the expectation. Great players, great moments are always associated with great titles. And you want to add to that story,"
