Jordanian star Mousa Al-Taamari has turned down a lucrative offer from Saudi Pro League Al-Shabab.

The 27-year-old opted to remain with the French club despite the significantly higher wages that he would have earned in Saudi Arabia, as per beIN Sports.

The right-winger moved to Montpellier in a three-year deal from OH Leuven in 2023.

He went on to feature in 30 games for the Ligue 1 side, with five goals and four assists to his name.

Al-Taamari scored 21 goals in 70 caps for his country.

His current market value is at €8 million, according to Transfermarkt.
