Liverpool striker Luis Diaz is aiming for a future move to Spain's La Liga, according to his father.
The Colombia international has left his mark ever since his arrival at Anfield in 2022.
He netted 22 goals and provided 13 assists in 86 appearances for the Reds.
Diaz’s father Mane told SER, as quoted by Fabrizio Romano: “There was never anything serious with Real Madrid or Atletico. Liverpool were always more determined and concrete to sign Luis”.
“We haven’t lost our hope yet…”.
“Luis is playing well and Spanish clubs are always active in the market”.
The 27-year-old still has four more years in his deal at Liverpool.
