JD Vance, Ghalibaf arrive in Switzerland for peace talks

ALBAWABA - U.S. Vice President JD Vance landed in Switzerland today, June 21, ahead of peace talks to end the war with Iran.

Before Vance, an Iranian delegation, led by Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf, arrived in Switzerland on Saturday evening (local time) for talks on the implementation of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) commitments with the U.S.

The U.S. Vice President touched down at Emmen Air Base at 5:59 am (0359 GMT), according to his spokesperson.
