Fenerbahce are targeting Hatem Ben Arfa for a January move having seen the winger feature sparingly thus far in his Paris Saint-Germain career, according to turkish news outlet Milliyet.

The 29-year-old has only played 387 minutes so far this season, managing one goal and one assist. And the Istanbul club could be set to offer him a way out via a six-month loan deal with a further option to buy.

Ben Arfa arrived in Paris on a free transfer having seen his OGC Nice contract expire in the summer.
