Roy Hodgson's England will face Wales at Euro 2016 while hosts France will take on Switzerland after the draw for next summer's tournament was made in Paris.
Didier Deschamps's side will kick off the tournament at the Stade de France on June 10 against Romania with Albania completing Group A.
The Three Lions, meanwhile, will open their campaign in Marseille against Russia and will also face Slovakia in Group B.
Northern Ireland have been handed a difficult campaign after being drawn against world champions Germany, Poland and Ukraine.
Martin O'Neill's Republic of Ireland also face a stern test in Group E alongside Belgium, Italy and Sweden.
Holders Spain head up Group D where they will face Czech Republic, Turkey and Croatia while Cristiano Ronaldo's Portugal have a favourable group having been drawn with Iceland, Hungary and Austria.
