ALBAWABA - The Israeli army was accused of stealing and seizing artefacts from Gaza and transporting it to Israel.
Photos were shared by Director of the Israel Antiquities Authority Eli Askozido on his official Instagram account stating that Israeli soldiers called the Antiquities Authority to inspect a warehouse in Gaza.
He said: "The Israel Antiquities was called by IDF to inspect a warehouse in Gaza containing ancient items, or those that look like they are ancient. A preliminary examination was conducted by an archaeologist and the written report will be submitted to the IDF later. The items were left in place."
