ALBAWABA - Turkey recently witnessed a horrifying incident when a video captured a father shooting his daughter with a rifle at a bus station in the city of Osmaniye.
According to the Turkish news outlet Hurriyet, the incident at a bus terminal in the Yunus Emre neighborhood was captured on a bystander's phone camera. The father arrived at the station and shot his daughter in the leg, leaving her seriously injured.

Several police and emergency teams were dispatched to the bus station. However, after receiving first aid, the daughter was transferred to the Osmaniye State Hospital for the necessary treatment.
In response to his actions, the father was taken into custody as police continue their investigation at the scene.
The incident sparked outrage among Turkish human rights activists on social media, with many calling for authorities to take a strict verdict against the father.
A social media user wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter), "Inshallah, nothing happens to the poor girl and her father stays in prison forever."
