ALBAWABA- Yemen's Houthi Ansarullah movement launched attacks on two Israeli-bound ships, Swan Atlantic and MSC Clara, in the Red Sea using naval drones. 

The attacks, expressed as solidarity with the Palestinians amid ongoing aggression on Gaza, are part of Yemen's campaign to pressure Israel and its allies to end the conflict. 

 The spokesman of the Yemeni armed forces, General Yahya Saree stated that the Yemeni armed forces are prepared for any reaction to their anti-Israeli actions, warning against moves that could escalate tensions in Gaza and the Red Sea. 

Reports suggest the U.S. and allies may form a maritime task force to counter Red Sea threats.

International shipping companies adjusted courses after Yemen warned any ship heading to Israeli-occupied Palestine would be a legitimate target until Israeli aggression against Gaza ceases.
