Two suicide bombing attempts to blow up two oil installations have been foiled early on Friday, an official Yemeni source said. According to SABA news agency, the source said the first attack targeted the oil exporting port in Dhabah area of Hadhramout and the second targeted oil refinery and gas producing unit in Marib.
The source said two explosives-loaded cars were used in these two attempts, but the guards of the two sites hit them before they reach the targets. It said that the two attackers were killed and no other causalities or damages reported in the two installations.
The source said that investigation is underway to uncover the organization behind the two suicides.
