A delegation of US the Republican party, led by House member J.C. Watts, will start on April 5th a visit to Morocco for ways of expanding bilateral relations in various fields, reported ArabicNews.com.

The delegation is also set to visit Senegal, Nigeria and Ghana.

“The delegation would discuss with African officials trade, health care, agriculture, economic development and other issues,” Watts was quoted as saying.

He added that a great part of US culture and history comes from Africa, and a visit to these countries will “help us find out directly about their priorities and understand better how we can help each other.” – Albawaba.com
