ALBAWABA - Following days of penetrating into the Russian territory, the Ukrainian Army announced setting up an administrative office in Kursk.
"A military commandant's office has been set up to maintain law and order and meet the priority needs of the population in the controlled territories," Ukrainian military chief Oleksandr Syrsky told President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in a meeting.
