Twelve people were killed and twenty seriously injured in a weekend collision between a truck and a car in northeastern Iran, IRNA news agency reported Monday.
The lorry, which was overtaking illegally, slammed head-on into the oncoming vehicle Sunday on the Quchan-Chanaran road in Khorasan province, it said. (Albawaba.com)
