Syscom Emirates LLC, a subsidiary of M’sharie, which is wholly owned by Dubai Investments, has announced the setting up of its outlets in several Etisalat Business Centers in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah.
Syscom is working closely with Etisalat with the objective of catering to the growing demand for telecommunication products including PBX, wireline phones and wireless products within Etisalat premises.
Yawar Sajjad, General Manager, Syscom Emirates, said, “Syscom has been witnessing steady growth since the commencement of operations in Syscom outlets in Etisalat Business Centers. We are planning to launch several new products including fixed line SMS phones, fax machines and other devices to boost our current portfolio.”
“In order to offer a comprehensive choice to our customers at Etisalat Business Centers, we have recently established business alliances with Al Sayegh Brothers Trading to retail LG and Sagem mobile phones, Trigon LLC for their Bluetooth devices and with 3Com for a range of their wireless products at Etisalat Business Centers,” Sajjad added.
Syscom will continue to work with select international IT and Telecom companies to provide a “total solution” to customers at these outlets.
Syscom has four major fields of operation, which start with local production such as printed circuit board assembling, prototype production and series production. The second is system integration, which includes development and production of components and carrier grade cabling. The third area is telephone systems, SYSCOM PBX SYSTEM, which offers a complete range of small, medium and large PBX’s, as well as corded phones with Caller ID options from reputed international brands. The company’s last field of operation covers services like planning, service and maintenance of networks.
Syscom is also setting up a manufacturing facility at Dubai Investments Park with the capability of local manufacture of telecom related components and products.
