Syrian Information Minister Adnan Ormran received Wednesday a Turkish delegation.
In the course of the meeting, both sides discussed bilateral relations and prospects of cooperation between the two countries in all fields.
The minister reviewed the current regional situation as well as Syria’s principled stances, which are committed to international legitimacy and international cooperation, based on the UN Charter, according to SANA news agency.
He stressed the importance of developing bilateral ties between the two neighboring countries, it added.
The Turkish delegation, for its part, expressed appreciation of Syria’s achievements in various fields.
The delegation, in addition, expressed the Turkish people’s cordial feelings toward the Syrian people and a “true desire to develop bilateral relations in various fields”, the news agency added. (Albawaba.com)
