Man arrested for threatening to bomb Nintendo headquarters

ALBAWABA - A Japanese man was recently arrested for threatening to bomb the Nintendo headquarters in Japan, stating further that he had planted bombs in its premises. 

According to KTV, the 27-year-old man from Hekinan City in Aichi Prefecture was detained and taken into custody on May 12 after being accused of threatening the Kyoto-based headquarters.

Local reports claimed that the man sent an envelope to the building that read, "I’m going to blow you all up," and "My plans can not be thwarted." 

While the suspect claimed to have planted several bombs across the Nintendo headquarters, police stated that they searched inside and outside the building, but found nothing. Police added that the suspect admitted to threatening the Japanese gaming giant, however investigations are ongoing to determine his motives.
