ALBAWABA - A fire erupted again in Wadi al-Nasara in the Syrian province of Tartous, quickly spreading through the mountainous areas and reaching some homes, local media reported on Monday.
Videos circulated on social media showing a huge fire causing severe damage to multiple farms, and burning a school building in the village of Hab Namra.
A video was shared on social media showing the massive fire in Wadi al-Nasara area, while Church bells were ringing in the background.
Syrian civil defense teams are currently working to extinguish the fire, while residents are asked to join rescue teams and help in the firefighting operations.
According to Erem News, the strong winds are causing the fire to spread faster.
