ALBAWABA - Four people were killed in a shooting attack that took place in Jerusalem’s Ramot Junction on Monday morning, Magen David Adom (MDA) confirmed.
MDA teams said that the four people killed were a man in his 50s and three other men in their 30s.
Earlier, Israel's MDA said that about 15 people were injured in the shooting at the Ramot Junction in Jerusalem.
Magen David Adom continued that five are in serious condition and were hospitalized for treatment, while several others were lightly injured and will be taken to hospitals later on.
A Spokesperson for the MDA said, "At 10:13 a.m., reports were received at MDA’s 101 Dispatch Center in the Jerusalem area regarding approximately 15 casualties, apparently from a shooting at the Ramot Junction on Yigal Yadin Street in Jerusalem."
The two attackers, who carried out the shooting attack at the Ramot Junction entrance to Jerusalem, were killed by the police.
The Israeli Army Radio quoted the Internal Security Service (Shin Bet) that the investigation indicates that the perpetrators of the Jerusalem attack boarded a bus and carried out the shooting.
