The Libyan President Mu'ammar al-Qaddafi has exchanged views by phone with the President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan al-Nahyan and other Arab leaders "the conditions in the occupied territories and the acts of killing and extermination against the Palestinians."
