A seminar on the Association Agreement between Algeria and the EU, which came into effect on September 1, was organized in Annaba on September 21 by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Annaba and council of euro-development of the region. El Moudjahid reports that the meeting gathered about a hundred local business people and owners of the SMEs. Zoubir Alloui, one of the organizers of the event, gave a speech on the requirements set in the Association agreement in order to familiarize the local business people with the Agreement.
