Saudi King Fahd bin Abdulaziz has sent a cable of congratulations to Portugal's President Jorge Sampaio on the occasion of his country's national day, according to SPA news agency.
King Fahd expressed his sincere wishes of constant good health and happiness to the President and steady prosperity and progress to the people of Portugal.
