A Saudi “terror suspect” wanted in connection with the shooting and serious wounding of a policeman has been caught after a long chase, the interior ministry announced Wednesday.
Dhafer Abdulrahman al-Shehri was captured late Tuesday in a deserted house in the southern province of Assir after his relatives aided police, the interior ministry said in a statement carried by SPA news agency.
In addition, security forces seized 50 automatic rifles, 48 magazines, 30 rounds of ammunition, a computer and four kilograms of explosives, the statement said. (Albawaba.com)
