Russia says Kharkiv offensive is aimed at creating a buffer zone

Russia says it will continue its major offensive in the Kharkov region in order to create a buffer zone to stop Ukraine shelling Russian civilians in the city of Belgorod. Our correspondent Johnny Miller traveled to the city to find out what it’s like for civilians there.
