Qatar's emir, Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani, received on Saturday a message from Spain’s King Juan Carlos dealing with bilateral ties, reported the official Saudi press agency, SPA.
The agency said that the message dealt with bilateral relations and the latest developments in the Middle East.
