The Qatari Q-Tel is likely to bring down the direct dialing rates (DDR) to the Indian subcontinent by the month-end, Gulf Times reported.
Sources told the paper that calls to India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bangladesh will benefit from reduced rates as of the end of January – Albawaba.com
