ALBAWABA - In a recent visit to the 2nd clinic of Moscow's Vishnevsky Central Military Hospital, Russian President Vladimir Putin labeled the assault in Belgorod, claiming the lives of 24 individuals, as a "terrorist act."

Putin, addressing the incident, emphasized the use of multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) in the heart of the city, where citizens were gathered for pre-New Year festivities.

Putin stated, "What transpired in Belgorod is unequivocally a terrorist act. Why? They utilized MLRS to launch the attack, targeting the city center—a place where people were celebrating the New Year.

It is undoubtedly a deliberate assault on the civilian population. This can only be classified as a terrorist attack; there is no other way to describe it.
