Russian President Vladimir Putin met Tuesday King of Jordan Abdallah II in the Kremlin. The Jordanian leader arrived in Russia on Monday on a working visit.
The Russian leader stated that Moscow was pleased with the present-day partnership, which the two states had managed to establish. According to Putin, Russia and Jordan have many issues to discuss, including economy, military and technical cooperation.
"There are issues on the agenda that I would really like to discuss with you and understand your and other Arab leaders' position with regard to the situation in the Middle East," the Russian leader stated addressing the Jordanian King, RIA-Novosti reported. (Albawaba.com)
