Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Saudi second deputy premier and minister of defense, aviation and inspector general, opened in Tabouk on Monday evening Prince Fahd bin Sultan social center. According to SPA, prince sultan toured various parts and sections of the new center which is the second one of its type. Prince Salman social center in Riyadh is the first one in Saudi Arabia. In a speech ceremony on the occasion, Prince Sultan praised Prince Salman Bin Abdulaziz, the governor of Riyadh region, who first started the idea of the social centers in the kingdom.
