The President of the Nation Council (Senate), Abdelkader Bensalah noted Monday the importance of the upcoming presidential election and called for "this competition to be a competition of programs." Speaking at the closing ceremony of the Senate's fall session, Bensalah has also called for "a civilised dialogue, far from any drift opposite to our people’s values."
