Porsche Middle East and Africa proudly announces that Porsche Centre Lebanon is now under new ownership structure. Mr. Assaad Raphael, Managing Partner since 2002, has increased his participation and is now the majority shareholder. The new trading company will be operating under the name of “Porsche Centre Lebanon s.a.l“, and has a new Board of Directors consisting of Assaad Raphael, Charles Tarazi, and Rainier Jreissati.
Commenting on the announcement, Deesch Papke, Managing Director of Porsche Middle East and Africa, said: “Renewing our partnership in Lebanon is an absolute pleasure as we could not have found a better qualified importer, to strengthen our presence in a market with significant potential where Porsche has been enjoying great success. We have full confidence in Assaad Raphael and his team in representing the Porsche brand in Lebanon the way it should be.”
