ALBAWABA - Israeli media revealed PMO leak scandal suspect, Eli Feldstein, was moved to a safer jail after prison guards found a noose inside his cell raising questions that he could have wanted to commit suicide.
The Jerusalem Post revealed that Eli Feldstein was immediately transferred to a suicide prevention cell.
Israeli media reported on Sunday, the detainee's transfer to a surveillance cell is intended to ensure his safety and well-being.
Eli Feldstein, a former Netanyahu's spokesperson was arrested by the police in Tel Aviv for allegedly leaking top-secret military documents.
According to Israeli media, Feldstein and another suspect (whose identity remains a secret) will spend the next five days in custody while prosecutors build their case.
The PMO leak case highlights alleged documents that Feldstein leaked to the German newspaper "Bild" two months ago, in an attempt to change public opinion regarding a hostage deal with the Hamas resistance group.
The leaked documents wanted to blame Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar for not reaching an agreement on a hostage swap and cease-fire in Gaza.
