Israeli security forces arrested a Palestinian man on Thursday, after a bus driver and passengers noticed that he was carrying a bomb onto the vehicle, according to Israel Radio.
The incident took place in the Beit Shaan region of the Jordan Valley.
The driver and several soldiers on the bus forced the Palestinian out of the vehicle and searched his bag, allegedly discovering the bomb, according to the report.
Israel Radio said that the man was supposed to leave the bomb on the bus and detonate it using a cellular phone.
