Pakistani Foreign Secretary Riaz H. Khokhar Monday left Islamabad for Istanbul on a two-day visit to Turkey,
according to an official statement released in Islamabad Monday.
Khokhar is expected to hold talks with Turkish officials on bilateral, regional and international issues, the statement said.
It added that the foreign secretary would discuss the
upcoming visit of the Turkish Prime Minister to Pakistan within the next couple of months, according to SPA.
The statement said that Khokhar will also review the ongoing cooperation between Pakistan and Turkey in various fields and discuss means to further enhance it. (Albawaba.com)
