Pakistani Interior Minister Moinuddin Haider arrived in the capital of Tehran on Monday for talks on the fight against terrorism, drug trafficking and organized crime, state radio reported, cited by AFP.
In the course of his five-day stay, Haidar is expected to meet with his Iranian counterpart, Abdolvahed Moussavi-Lari, the Iranian interior ministry was quoted as saying.
Talks between the officials will also deal with cooperation over the region of Baluchistan, which straddles the border of the neighboring countries, and on general developments in this part of the world.
Moussavi-Lari traveled to Pakistan on an official visit last year. (Albawaba.com)
