Chief of the International Atomic Energy Agency IAEA, Mohammed ElBaradei said Monday that Iran and Libya had been "guilty of long-term violations" of their obligations under the nuclear non-proliferation treaty.
Reuters reported that ElBaradei said he would inform the board of governors of the nuclear watchdog of, "two important cases of violation of the non-proliferation regime, these are by Libya and Iran." (Albawaba.com)
